What does the AFM program cover?

The Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) is the first of three certification levels offered by the FMI. The AFM exam tests a candidate’s technical modeling ability through building an integrated three statement model over the course of four hours. Participants who pass the exam will achieve the Advanced Financial Modeler credential.

The AFM progeram by Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is approved by KHDA in the UAE.

Who is it for?

Professionals who already know financial modeling and are looking to accelerate or transition their careers with a certification from Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) should attend this course. The AFM accreditation helps candidates demonstrate their modeling skills to future employers with a certification. Kaplan’s AFM course helps students prepare for the exam by reviewing excel tools, solving exam past papers, and sharing exam tips on know how a model is audited.
